Ken Little Design Studio are currently seeking a Graphic/Web Designer to join their creative team. We require succesful applicants to be equally competent in both graphic/print design and web design & development fields. In this position, you will required to have the ability to work in a collaborative environment on simultaneous projects and be able to conceptalise, present and execute creative solutions within a tight schedule.
For the graphic design aspect of the position you will be required to have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite of products, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You must be also able to communicate well, be able to follow direction and process artistic feedback in order to create unique design solutions.
For the web design aspect of the position you will be required to have experience with web development software programs such as Dreamweaver and Flash and must also have a solid understanding of HTML & CSS (MySQL, PHP, Javascript and experience with a Content Management Framework such as Joomla/Wordpress etc. would also be a major plus). You must also have a good understanding of current SEO techniques, browser compatibililty issues and W3C web standards.
Requirements: a minimum of 2 years commercial design experience in a related professional field.
